Happy Birthday - Your 9 months old!

No, we're not crazy - we do not bake Madison a cake to celebrate each month of her life. She's just helping her Dad make his birthday wishes!


At nine months, Madison is almost the same as she was at eight months... she's still crawling and climbing like crazy and she's eating pretty well. But she's still got no hair, no teeth and no will to walk. She can stand on her own for 7-10 seconds, and she has taken a few "first" steps but no consecutive steps. Whenever she is in a position to go somewhere, she'll think about walkin', but will ultimately fall to her knees to get there. She's crazy for the kitchen appliances... whenever she sees the refridgerator door open, she makes a dash for it and pouts when you pull her away. She also loves to help me unload the dishwasher, and has now learned to crawl up onto the dishwasher door. She's definately a whirlwind!
