A Girl of Many Words

Heads up folks - this is a bragging post!

This past weekend a person who hasn't seen Madison in a while commented that she had a good vocabulary. We hadn't really noticed; we thought she probably had 25-40 words in her repertoire. When we decided to write down all the words she knows, it totaled a whopping 194 words at last count and, that number doesn't include the 14 character names (such as Barney and Elmo) that she also knows. According to the web and other sources, a gal her age should have 50-75 words in her vocabulary. Seems we've spawned a verbal genius.
