Two Weeks Done and Gone

Hey y'all! Well, two week have gone by, and Ben and
I are counting our blessings! Maddy continues to be such a good baby - she rarely cries, and usually only gets up once during the night! Today we took her in for her two week check-up, and the doctor says that she's doing great! She's gained back her birth weight plus
2 1/2 oz (putting her at 8 lbs 8 oz). Her umbilical cord also fell off this week, and once it's completely healed, I'll post a photo for y'all to ogle (sp?) at. Earlier this week she met her Uncle Brad and Auntie Katherine for the first time and, Grandpa Roger installed a beautiful screen door on her bedroom. That pretty much sums up this week.. hope y'all enjoy this photo of her too-big-toque falling over her eyes! Take care!
